Refund policy

1. Right of withdrawal
Under the French Consumer Code, you have fourteen calendar days from receipt of your order to notify us of your decision to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason.
The day of receipt is not counted. For several goods delivered separately within the same order, the period starts on receipt of the last item. If the last day falls on a Saturday, Sunday, public holiday or non-working day, the period is extended to the next working day. You may also notify us of your withdrawal before receiving the product.
You may exercise your right of withdrawal online using “Withdraw from the contract here”, accessible from the store. Identify the relevant order, then confirm your withdrawal. An acknowledgement is sent to you on a durable medium. This procedure does not require prior authorisation and does not remove the option of sending a clear declaration by email or post.

To help us process your request, include your name, order number and the product concerned. Any unambiguous declaration expressing your decision to withdraw is accepted.
2. Return period
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you have fourteen calendar days to return the product.
Simply sending the product back or refusing the parcel is not enough to express your wish to withdraw. You must first send us a clear notification.

No return should be sent without prior notification.
4. Return costs
In the event of a simple change of mind or withdrawal, the direct cost of returning the product is borne by the Customer.
We recommend using a tracked delivery method and keeping proof of dispatch until the return has been fully processed.
5. Condition of the returned product
The product must be returned complete, with any accessories, and properly protected for transport.
You may handle the product only as necessary to check its nature, characteristics and proper functioning.
You may be liable for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what would normally be permitted to examine the product in a shop.
The absence of the original packaging does not automatically remove your right of withdrawal, but the product must be sufficiently protected to prevent damage during its return.
6. Refunds
After receiving your withdrawal request, we will refund all amounts paid for the products covered by the withdrawal, including the standard delivery costs originally paid.
The refund will be made no later than fourteen days after we are informed of your decision.
However, we may withhold the refund until we receive the product or proof that it has been dispatched, whichever occurs first.
Any additional cost for a delivery method more expensive than standard delivery will not be refunded.
The refund is made using the payment method used for the order, unless you expressly agree to another method that incurs no charges for you.
7. Damaged, defective or incorrect products
If you receive a damaged, defective, incomplete product or one different from what you ordered, contact us promptly at euler.distribution@gmail.com.
To help us process your request, your message may include:
- your order number;
- a description of the problem;
- photographs of the product;
- photographs of the parcel and shipping label, if necessary.
If an error or lack of conformity is attributable to us, the necessary cost of returning or replacing the product will not be left for you to pay.
This procedure does not limit your rights under the statutory warranty of conformity or the warranty against hidden defects.
8. Exchanges
Direct exchanges are not guaranteed and depend on the availability of the desired colour.
Contact us before returning anything to check product availability.
If an exchange cannot be arranged, the returned product will be refunded under this policy. You may then place a new order.
9. Cancellation before dispatch
If you wish to cancel an order before it is dispatched, contact us promptly at euler.distribution@gmail.com.
We will do our best to stop its preparation. If the order has already been dispatched, you may exercise your right of withdrawal after receiving it.
10. Statutory warranties
Products sold benefit from the statutory warranty of conformity for two years from delivery and the statutory warranty against hidden defects under the conditions laid down by law.
